Soft Skills entscheiden, wer bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Soft Skills umfassen soziale und pers\u00f6nliche Kompetenzen \u2013 im Gegensatz zu Hard Skills, die fachliche und methodische F\u00e4higkeiten bezeichnen. Sie bilden den Kern unserer Pers\u00f6nlichkeit und zeigen sich im Verhalten, nicht in Diplomen. Viele nehmen das eigene Verhalten als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich wahr \u2013 erst im Vergleich mit anderen wird deutlich, was uns besonders macht. Wer seine Soft Skills erkennen und nutzen will, muss die Vielfalt menschlichen Verhaltens bewusst wahrnehmen.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/2026a.karrierecoaching.ch\/?p=125\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bewerbungen<\/a> dominieren oft die Hard Skills \u2013 zu Unrecht. Gerade in qualifizierten Positionen machen Soft Skills den Unterschied: Empathie, Teamf\u00e4higkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick oder F\u00fchrungsst\u00e4rke. Eine F\u00fchrungskraft, die Spannungen im Team fr\u00fch erkennt, verhindert Fluktuation. Eine Managerin mit diplomatischem Geschick bringt strategische Partnerschaften auf den Weg.
